PUBLIC NOTICE
City
of Monticello hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
(DBE) participation goal of 3.0% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. The
proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2023 through 2025 (10/1/2022 –
9/30/2025). The proposed goal and its attendant methodology are available for
inspection on the City’s website and a hard copy is available at City Hall, 200
E. 1st Street in Monticello, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, for 30
days from the date of this publication.
Comments on the DBE goals and policy will be accepted for 30 days from the date
of this publication (February 4, 2022) and can be sent to the following:
