Approving and Adopting the Annual City Street
Financial Report for fiscal year 2008/2009
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello is required by the Code of Iowa, Chapter 312, Section 14 to submit a Street Finance Report each year, and
WHEREAS, The Street Finance Report must be filed by September 30 of each year, same outlining a summary of City expenditures related to Roads / Road Use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve and adopt the Annual City Street Financial Report for fiscal year 2008/2009, and authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute same and return same to the IDOT.
