RESOLUTION #10-25
Setting Public Hearing on John Null Application to Re-Zone property located at 725 N. Maple Street from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-3 Multi-Family Residential, for March 15th 2010 at 6:00 P.M. at the Mary Lovell LeVan Renaissance Center during the regular Monticello City Council Meeting.
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello, Iowa is an Iowa Municipal Corporation, and
WHEREAS, The Planning & Zoning Commission has reviewed an Application to Re-Zone the property located at 725 N. Maple Street, filed by John Null, and has forwarded their recommendation on the Re-Zoning to the City Council for Council consideration and action, and
WHEREAS, The City Council must schedule and publish notice of a Public Hearing on the topic before proceeding with a change to the existing Zoning.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Monticello, Iowa does hereby direct the City Clerk to have a notice published in the Monticello Express, setting a public hearing on the Null re-zoning request for March 15th 2010 at 6:00 P.M., same to be held at the Mary Lovell LeVan Renaissance Center during the regular Monticello City Council Meeting.
