Resolution Approving Plat of Survey of Parcel 2010-15
WHEREAS, A Plat of Survey setting out Parcel 2010-15, located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City of Monticello, has been presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey and has recommended their approval, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the Plat of Survey and finds that same should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2010-15.
