Approving Horsfield Construction Pay Request #5 Re: 2009 South Cedar Street Reconstruction Project in the amount of $41,786.32
WHEREAS, Horsfield Construction contracted with the City to perform specific work related to the 2009 South Cedar Street Reconstruction Project, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer recommends and approves that the Contractor be paid the fifth installment on their contract with the City, for work completed, in the amount $41,786.32, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approves Horsfield Construction Pay Request #5, associated with the South Cedar Street Reconstruction Project, in the amount of $41,786.32.
