RESOLUTION #10-91
Approving an appropriation from City General Fund Cash Reserves to Ambulance
Operating Fund in the approximate amount of $14,000.00 to be treated as
having been transferred on June 30, 2010.
WHEREAS, The Ambulance Operating Fund was established July 1, 2008 to operate the Ambulance Department, and
WHEREAS, From bookkeeping and accounting standpoint the expenses of the Ambulance unit need to be covered and the Ambulance Operating Fund cannot end the fiscal year as a negative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of an appropriation to the Ambulance Operating Fund in the amount of $14,000.00 to be treated as having been transferred on June 30, 2010, same being necessary to cover the FY ’10 Ambulance Department Expenditures.
