IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 11-139
Approving Porter & Porter Construction LLC Change Order Request #4 Re: Monticello Emergency Response Center, in the amount of $2,045.00
WHEREAS, Porter & Porter Construction LLC contracted with the City to complete construction of the Monticello Emergency Response Center, and
WHEREAS, During the process of the above project it was determined that a smoke detector and emergency exit light were needed in the mezzanine and that a dumpster pad and additional section of sidewalk were appropriate additions to the project, and
WHEREAS, The Change Order was informally approved during the course of the project but was not formally approved by Resolution of the City Council and same must be done before final payment can be made to Porter & Porter Construction, and
WHEREAS, All of the items identified in the Change Order have been completed, and
WHEREAS, The City Architect on the project recommends that the Change Order be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve Change Order #4 Re: Monticello Emergency Response Center project, in the amount of $2,045.
