IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 11-162
Approving the use of Tax Increment Financing collections to pay for the
Professional fees of Dorsey & Whitney LLP to expand the Original
Urban Renewal Area Designation and Urban Renewal Plan
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello established the Original Urban Renewal Area Designation and Urban Renewal Plan for the City, and
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello desired to amend the Urban Renewal Plan to expand the area to include the MC Industries / Polo Plastics for the purpose of economic development of this area, and
WHEREAS, The amount for the professional fees of Dorsey & Whitney were $2,451.00 to expand the Original Urban Renewal Area Designation and Urban Renewal Plan
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of the use of Tax Increment Financing collections to pay for the professional fees of Dorsey & Whitney LLP in the amount of $ 2,451.00 to expand the Original Urban Renewal Area Designation and Urban Renewal Plan.
