IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 11-169
Approving Pay Request #2 to Kremer Electric Company, Inc. related to the Transfer Switch installation project in the amount of $29,986.00
WHEREAS, The City previously approved the bid of Kremer Electric Company, Inc. in the amount of $34,765, and
WHEREAS, Pay Request #1 in the amount of $510 has previously been paid, and
WHEREAS, Pay Request #2 in the amount of $29,986 has been received, and
WHEREAS, The work related to the transfer switch installation at the City Well / Pump House and Berndes Recreation Center are complete and the work on the switch installation at the Community Building / Renaissance Center is well underway and it appears that the work complete to date supports the approval of Pay Request #2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of Pay Request #2 in the amount of $29,986.00 to Kremer Electric Company, Inc.
