IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #11-172
Approving Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete LLC Change Order #3, related to 2011 2nd Street Reconstruction Project in the Amount of $5,235
WHEREAS, Eastern Iowa Excavating and Concrete, LLC, has been hired to complete the 2nd Street Reconstruction Project, and
WHEREAS, Subsequent to the receipt of bids on this project, it became apparent that a catch basin was needed at the SW corner of the intersection of Main Street and 2nd Street, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer, Snyder and Associates, has reviewed the proposed change order for purposes of installing the catch basin at said intersection and has recommended that the Council approve Change Order #3 in the amount of $5,235.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Iowa hereby approve Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete LLC Change order #3 in the amount of $5,235.00
