IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 11-176
Approving Pay Request #3 to Kremer Electric Company, Inc. related to the Transfer Switch installation project in the amount of $4,269.00
WHEREAS, The City previously approved the bid of Kremer Electric Company, Inc. in the amount of $34,765, and
WHEREAS, Pay Request #1 in the amount of $510 and Pay Request #2 in the amount of $29,986 have previously been paid, and
WHEREAS, Pay Request #3 in the amount of $4,269, representing the final balance due has been received, and
WHEREAS, The work related to the transfer switch installation at the City Well / Pump House, Berndes Recreation Center, and Community Building/Renaissance Center are complete, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the pay request is consistent with the Kremer Electric Bid, that the work has been satisfactorily completed, and the balance should be paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of Pay Request #3 in the amount of $4,269.00 to Kremer Electric Company, Inc.
