IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 11-18
Resolution to approve the Employment Agreement between the City of Monticello and Monticello Ambulance Director Tim Malchow.
WHEREAS, the City Council has met on this date in closed session to evaluate and consider the professional competency of Ambulance Director Tim Malchow, and
WHEREAS, after returning to open session, and considering the terms of the proposed Employment Agreement, the Council finds the terms of said contract, as amended by the City Council and agreed to by the Ambulance Director to be agreeable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of the proposed Employment Agreement between the City of Monticello and Ambulance Director Tim Malchow, and does hereby authorize the Mayor to sign same on behalf of the Council, consistent with their approval of said contract by way of this Resolution. It is further Resolved that a copy of said contract, when fully signed by both Mr. Malchow and the Mayor, be appended hereto and incorporated herein as if same had been set forth fully verbatim within this Resolution.
