IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #11-77
Approving Monticello Ambulance Department Policy Manual.
WHEREAS, The Monticello Ambulance Director, in consultation with the City Administrator and the Monticello Ambulance Medical Director, has prepared an updated Monticello Ambulance Dpt. Policy Manual, and
WHEREAS, The Council has been provided a copy of the table of contents to said policy manual and the full policy manual has been made available to the Council to review upon their request, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds, based upon the recommendation of the Ambulance Director and the City Administrator, and the Council’s review of the Table of Contents, setting out the topics covered by the Policy Manual, and for those that reviewed the Policy Manual, the contents thereof, that the policy manual is appropriate and should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa in session this 16th day of May, 2011, does hereby approve the Monticello Ambulance Department Policy Manual.
