IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #11-92
Resolution Approving Preliminary Plat of Yeoman’s 3rd Addition to Monticello, Iowa
WHEREAS, Tom Yeoman, through Snyder and Associates Engineering, has presented a Preliminary Plat to the City of Monticello for review, same resulting in the extension of John Drive approximately 210’ to the West, and
WHEREAS, The City Administrator and the City Engineer have reviewed the Preliminary Plat with Tom Yeoman, and the proposed Plat meets with the approval of the City Engineer, and
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission has met and reviewed the Preliminary Plat, and after due consideration has recommended to the City Council that said Preliminary Plat be approved, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has considered the recommendations of the City Engineer and the Planning and Zoning Board, and finds that the Preliminary Plat should be approved
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Yeoman’s 3rd Addition.
