IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #12-104
Resolution Approving Plat of Survey to Parcel 2012-105 and 2012-106
WHEREAS, A Plat of Survey setting out Parcel 2012-105 and 2012-106, located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello has been presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey to Parcels 2012-105 and 2012-106, and recommends that same be approved, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the Plats of Survey, finds that the Plats divide one existing property, into two distinct properties, so that one parcel may be donated and transferred by the owner, Roman and Rosemary Welter, to the Monticello Community Schools Foundation, and that said Plats of Survey should be approved, with the City Council further acknowledging the generosity of the Welters to the School Foundation, and thanking them for said generosity on behalf of the City of Monticello.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey to parcel 2012-105 and 2012-106.
