IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #12-107
Approving TRICON General Construction Change Order #3 related
to Airport Terminal Building project in the reduced amount of $8,740.
WHEREAS, TRICON General Construction has been hired to construct the Airport Terminal Building Project, and
WHEREAS, After the approval and acceptance of Tricon’s bid and entry into a contract, the decision was made to modify the design of the airside vestibule and the style of windows to be used, together resulting in project deducts totaling $8,740, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer, Snyder and Associates, has reviewed the proposed change order, provided a letter of explanation, and recommends that same be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Iowa hereby approve TRICON General Construction’s Change Order #3 in the reduced project amount of $8,740.
