IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #12-108
Approving TRICON General Construction Change Order #4 related
to Airport Terminal Building project in the amount of $10,983.50.
WHEREAS, TRICON General Construction has been hired to construct the Airport Terminal Building Project, and
WHEREAS, After the approval and acceptance of Tricon’s bid and entry into a contract, various modifications to the project specifications have been determined necessary or appropriate, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer, Snyder and Associates, has reviewed the proposed change order, providing for increased project costs in the amount of $10,983.50, has provided a letter of explanation, and recommends that same be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Iowa hereby approve TRICON General Construction’s Change Order #4 in the increased project amount of $10,983.50.
