IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #12-119
Resolution to Approve Plat of Survey to Parcel 2012-124
WHEREAS, A Plat of Survey setting out Parcel 2012-124, located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello has been presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey to Parcels 2012-124 and recommends that same be approved, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the Plat of Survey, finds that the Plat is intended to create a new western property boundary of Brad Stephen’s First Addition, and is not intended to create a new building lot(s), is not inconsistent with any rules, regulations, or the Monticello Code of Ordinances, and should, therefore be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey to parcel 2012-124.
