The City of Monticello, Iowa
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 12-122
Correcting the previously approved Resolution #12-90, Approving Change Order #6 related to the 2nd Street Reconstruction project, in the corrected amount of $32,583.44
WHEREAS, Eastern Iowa Excavating and Concrete has completed the 2nd Street Reconstruction project and the Council has previously accepted the public improvements, and
WHEREAS, The Council approved the final pay request in June and the retainage in August, and
WHEREAS, A review of the project files discloses that the correct amounts have been paid, but that Resolution #12-90 incorrectly referenced the total of Change Order #6 as $32,170.94 as opposed to the correct amount of $32,583.44, said amount having been recommended for approval by the City Engineer, and
WHEREAS, The approval of this Resolution will not change the project costs but will correct and reconcile the Resolutions with the pay requests.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby re-approve Change Order #6 related to the 2nd Street Reconstruction project, in the corrected amount of $32,583.44
