IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #12-133
Resolution to approve purchase of Police Department
Records Management Software
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello City Council identified upgrades to the Monticello Police Department Records Management Software as a priority during the Council 2012 Goal Setting session, and
WHEREAS, the Police Chief has performed research on the potential products that would best fit the Department’s needs and budget and has recommended the purchase, by the City of Records Management Software from TAC 10 in the quoted amount of $23,609, and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that, based upon the recommendation of the Chief of Police, that the purchase of the proposed software is in the best interests of the City of Monticello Police Department and should, therefore, be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of the purchase of the Records Management Software proposed by the Chief of Police from TAC 10 in the quoted amount of $23,609.
