IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 12-53
Approving Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete, LLC Pay Request #7 Re: 2011
2nd Street Reconstruction Project, in the amount of $33,353.78
WHEREAS, Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete, LLC contracted with the City to complete the reconstruction of E. 2nd Street, and
WHEREAS, The above-referenced project is proceeding, and Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete LLC has submitted their seventh pay request, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has reviewed the pay request and recommends that same be approved in the amount $33,353.78, and
WHEREAS, Based thereon, the Council finds that payment to the Contractor as requested is appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve Pay Request #7 Re: 2011 2nd Street Reconstruction Project, payable to Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete LLC in the amount of $33,353.78.
