IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #13-11
Approving TRICON General Construction Change Order #5 related
to Airport Terminal Building project in the reduced amount of $14,108.77.
WHEREAS, TRICON General Construction has been hired to construct the Airport Terminal Building Project, and
WHEREAS, After the approval and acceptance of Tricon’s bid, certain changes were found to be necessary, and as reflected by this change order, certain changes to originally bid final quantities, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer, Snyder and Associates, has reviewed the proposed change order, provided a letter of explanation, and recommends that the Change Order resulting in a reduced project cost in the amount of $14,108.77 be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Iowa hereby approve TRICON General Construction’s Change Order #5 in the reduced project amount of $14,108.77.
