THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #13-13
Resolution approving final pay request, #3, from Monk Construction in the
amount of $2,956.91 related to FBO rehabilitation project.
WHEREAS, The City previously hired Monk Construction to perform pre-determined renovations to the City owned FBO Building at the Monticello Airport, and
WHEREAS, work by Monk Construction and its’ subcontractors have finished the identified scope of work and now request final payment in the amount of $2,956.91, and
WHEREAS, The City Administrator has consulted with the Airport Manager and have visually inspected the facility and find that the work performed to date appears to be substantially consistent with the invoiced work, and based thereon recommends that the final payment in the amount of $2,956.91 be made at this time and the project deemed complete.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Monticello, through its’ City Council, in session this 21st day of January, 2013, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to make payment to Monk Construction in the amount of $2,956.91.
