IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #13-17
Approving the Annual Urban Renewal Report for fiscal year 2011/2012
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello is required by the Code of Iowa Sections 331.403(3), 357H.9(2) and 384.22(2), as amended by HF 2460 (Urban Renewal Reporting Act of 2012) to submit a Urban Renewal Report each year, and
WHEREAS, The Annual Urban Renewal Report is due December 1 of each year, reporting the yearly activity within each urban renewal area as required by House File 2460, and
WHEREAS, Due to the timing of the passage of HF 2460 and the creation of the new report, the initial report did not have to be filed by December 1st.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Annual Urban Renewal Report for fiscal year 2011/2012, and authorizes the Clerk to file same to the Iowa Department of Management.
