IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #13-31
Resolution to approve engaging Snyder and Associates as engineer
to plan for and design E. 1st Street Bridge
WHEREAS, The City Council has determined it appropriate to move forward with planning for the replacement of the E. 1st Street Bridge, and
WHEREAS, After consideration of various engineering firms, the Council finds that Snyder and Associates should be hired to prepare the plans and specifications related to the E. 1st Street Bridge project, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that Snyder should be asked to submit a proposed Engineering Services Agreement related to this project for future consideration.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Monticello, through its’ City Council, in session this 1st day of April 2013, that Snyder and Associates should be hired to assist the City in the design choice for the E. 1st Street Bridge and to prepare plans and specifications e related to said project.
