IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #13-83
Resolution to approve purchase of Fence to be installed on wall behind Community Building from Life Time Fence Company at a cost of $12,800.
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello has received bids related to the installation of a fence on the stone wall behind the Community Building, and
WHEREAS, The Council considered the bids, on both residential and commercial grade and both steel and aluminum, and determined it to be in the best interest of the City to purchase aluminum fencing from Life Time Fence Company at a cost of $12,800, said price to include a powder coated railing to extend down each side of the steps from behind the building to S. Sycamore Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of the hiring of Life Time Fence Company to install the Community Building Fence and railing as noted herein at a cost of $12,800.00.
