RESOLUTION #14-05
Resolution to approve Project Agreement between the City of Monticello and Jones
County with regard to the “Amber Road” pavement project, same providing a cap
on the City investment of $138,450.33
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
WHEREAS, The City has been presented with a proposed Project Agreement related to the Amber Road pavement project, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the proposed Project Agreement is acceptable and that same should be approved.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Monticello, through its’ City Council, in session this 20th day of January, 2014, that the Mayor is hereby directed to execute the proposed project agreement between the City and the County, a copy of same being attached hereto, same setting out the terms and conditions of the City/County relationship as same pertains to the planned Amber Road pavement project.
