IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #14-68
Resolution approving Final Pay Request of Lansing Brothers Construction, Inc.
related to Oak Street Mfg. demolition project.
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello acquired the property formerly home of Oak Street Mfg., as part of a FEMA supported flood buy out of properties in the Kitty Creek corridor along Locust, Washington, and Grand Street in Monticello, and
WHEREAS, Lansing Brothers Construction, Luxemburg, IA, was hired to perform the demolition at this site, and
WHEREAS, The City has paid Lansing Brothers the first payment of $21,000, leaving a balance of $17,050, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of the second, and final pay request, to Lansing Brothers Construction in the amount of $17,050, in full and final payment for their services at the Oak Street site.
