IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 15-36
Approving sale of Parcel 2015-16 to Thomas W. Yeoman, same totaling .35 acres for the sum of $6,481
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it appropriate to sell a long narrow parcel of ground, identified as Parcel 2015-16, lying adjacent to property owned by Tom Yeoman, to Tom Yeoman for the sum of $6,481.00, calculated at the same per acre rate as the parcel agreed to be sold to Tony and Stacey White, same being identified as Parcel 2015-14, and
WHEREAS, Tom Yeoman has agreed to the proposed sale price of $6,481, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was scheduled for tonight and held, with public comment, if any, being received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of the sale of Parcel 2015-16 to Tom Yeoman, adjacent and west of property currently owned by Thomas W. Yeoman, in return for the payment of $6,481.
