IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #15-75
Resolution to approve the Memorandum of Understanding
between The Iowa Department of Administrative Services,
State Accounting Enterprise and City of Monticello
for Participation in the Income Offset Program.
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello has outstanding debts that the staff have attempted to collect but remain outstanding and uncollected, and
WHEREAS, The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services , State Accounting Enterprise is allowing cities to participate in the Income Offset Program to collect outstanding debts, and
WHEREAS The City Council has reviewed and considered the Memorandum of Understanding between The Iowa Department of Administrative Services,
State Accounting Enterprise and City of Monticello for Participation in the Income Offset Program, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Memorandum of Understanding between The Iowa Department of Administrative Services, State Accounting Enterprise and City of Monticello for Participation in the Income Offset Program, a copy of same to be attached hereto for reference, and directs the Clerk to execute same on the Council’s behalf.
