IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #15-92
Approving Robert A. and Diane L. Cerny Tax Abatement Application related to Residential Improvements constructed at 421 S. Sycamore Street, Monticello, Iowa.
WHEREAS, Monticello has enacted an Urban Revitalization Tax Abatement program and codified same at Chapter 10 of the Monticello Code of Ordinances, and
WHEREAS, Diane L. Cerny has completed and filed an Application for Tax Abatement on the home, a Residentially zoned property located at 421 S. Sycamore Street, Monticello, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed said Application, and finds that the information submitted therein is consistent with that required by the Monticello Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Application for Tax Abatement filed by Robert A. and Diane L. Cerny as set forth above, consistent with Chapter 10 of the Monticello Code of Ordinances, said Application bearing the date of October 9, 2015 and being signed by Diane L. Cerny and further directs the Monticello City Clerk to file same with the Jones County Assessor as prescribed by law.
