The City of Monticello, Iowa
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #16-04
Approving Pay Request #6 submitted by G.L. Stockham & Son, Inc., in the
amount of $59,339.00 related to the Community Building Renovation Project.
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello, Iowa is an incorporated City within Jones County, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, G.L. Stockham & Son contracted with the City to perform specified improvements to the Monticello Community Building, and
WHEREAS, The City Architect overseeing this project, Al Varney with Ament Design has recommended that the sixth pay request be approved, while withholding the required 5% retainage.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve Pay Request #6 submitted by G.L. Stockham & Son, Inc., in the certified amount of $59,339.05 same reflecting the maintenance of a 5% retainage by the City.
IN THE TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and caused the Great Seal for the City of Monticello, Iowa to be affixed. Done this 4th day of January, 2016.
