IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #19-136
Approving Pamalee Sue Goettsch Tax Abatement Application related to Residential Improvements constructed at 509 Locust Court, Monticello, Iowa.
WHEREAS, Monticello has enacted an Urban Revitalization Tax Abatement program and codified same at Chapter 10 of the Monticello Code of Ordinances, and
WHEREAS, Pamalee Sue Goettsch has completed and filed an Application for Tax Abatement related to a home recently constructed at this location, a Residentially zoned property, located at 509 Locust Court, Monticello, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed said Application, and finds that the information submitted therein is consistent with that required by the Monticello Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Application for Tax Abatement filed by Pamalee Sue Goettschas set forth above, consistent with Chapter 10 of the Monticello Code of Ordinances, said Application bearing the date of July 8, 2019 and being signed Pamalee Sue Goettsch and further directs the Monticello City Clerk to file same with the Jones County Assessor as prescribed by law.
