RESOLUTION #19-51
Resolution To approve Norm Zimmerman building site plan for Chestnut Street Property
WHEREAS, The City previously approved the sale of City owned property at 224 N. Chestnut Street to Norm Zimmerman subject to the receipt and approval of a building/site plan for the proposed construction, and
WHEREAS, The City was presented with plans/drawings of the proposed structures and their general location on the site and finds same to be acceptable and consistent with prior discussions and desires of the City Council to see a home constructed on said lot that fits the historic architecture of the area, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the plans/drawings should be approved.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Monticello, through its’ City Council, in session this 1st day of April, 2019 that the plans/drawings of the proposed structures and their general location on the lot known as 224 N. Chestnut Street are hereby determined to be acceptable and consistent with prior discussions between the City and Zimmerman and are, therefore, approved.
