IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #19 – 97
Approving Contract for Municipal Attorney Services between the City of Monticello and Lynch Dallas, P.C.
WHEREAS, The City Council appointed the law firm of Lynch Dallas P.C. as the Monticello City Attorney by Resolution #19-93 dated June 17, 2019, and
WHEREAS, Lynch Dallas has presented the City of Monticello with a proposed Contract for Municipal Attorney Services, and
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello finds the terms of the Contract proposed by Lynch Dallas to be agreeable, appropriate, and in the best interests of the City and, based thereon, finds that same should be approved.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby direct and authorize the Mayor to execute the Contract for Municipal Attorney Services on behalf of the City Council.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and caused the Great Seal for the City of Monticello, Iowa to be affixed. Done this 1st day of July, 2019.
