IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA

RESOLUTION #2022-149  

Approving Preliminary and Final Plat of Wheels of Progress Subdivision

WHEREAS,  The Preliminary and Final Plat of Wheels of Progress Subdivision has been presented to the City Council for approval, same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello, and

WHEREAS,  The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Preliminary and Final Plat and recommends that it be approved, subject to condition as stated below is met, and

WHEREAS,   The City Council has reviewed the Preliminary and Final Plat and finds that it should be approved, subject to the condition, as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board, and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Preliminary and Final Plat of Wheels of Progress Subdivision, subject to the following condition:

  1. That add 10-foot utility easements between lots 1 and 2, and also between Lot 3 and Outlot A, be added to Plat.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and caused the Great Seal of the City of Monticello, Iowa to be affixed hereto.  Done this 21st day of November, 2022.
