RESOLUTION #2025-162
Approving FY 2024-2025 Annual Urban Renewal Report
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello is obligated to prepare and submit a report, annually, setting out the balances, revenues, expenses associated with our TIF receipts and expenses and to further provide some detail in regard thereto, and
WHEREAS, The City Clerk has prepared the report for FY 2024-2025, same having been reviewed by the City Administrator and presented to the City Council for review and approval, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds, based upon the information provided by the City Clerk and the City Administrator that the report should be approved for submission to the State.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Monticello, through its’ City Council, in session this 17th day of November 2025, does hereby approve the FY 2024-2025 Annual Urban Renewal Report and directs the City Clerk to submit same to the State as required by the Code of Iowa.
