RESOLUTION #2025-169
Approving the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2025-86, for
Property located at 18294 Amber Road X44
WHEREAS, There has been filed with the City Clerk for approval of Parcel 2025-86, creating 2-acre building lot, which would be compatible with the surrounding development, same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2025-86 and recommended approval, and
WHEREAS, The City Council concurs that the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2025-86 should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey to Parcel 2025-86, same being located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City limits of the City of Monticello.
