RESOLUTION #2026-131
Approving Change Order Request #1 in the increased not to exceed
amount of $3,383.00, as submitted by Ground Line Company, LLC
related to the 6th Street Ditch Restoration Project
WHEREAS, Ground Line Company, LLC is contracted with the City to complete the 6th Street Ditch Restoration Project, and
WHEREAS, Ground Line Company, LLC has submitted Change Order Request #1 tied to saw-out the existing southeast wing wall and a portion of the footing of the N. Cedar Street culvert to provide a flat, vertical surface for the proposed retaining wall, as noted in CO1.1, with a total net change in contract price to increase in the amount of $3,383.00, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has reviewed the proposed Change Order #1 and recommends that it be approved by the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve Change Order #1 submitted by Ground Line Company, LLC related to the 6th Street Ditch Restoration Project in the not to exceed increase amount of $3,383.00.
