RESOLUTION #2026-64
Approving Amended Tri-County Propane Site Plan (Hinz)
WHEREAS, Robert and Jan Hinz have presented the Tri County Propane Site Plan for review and consideration on property known as Lot 1 of Brad Stephen’s 4th Addition, which was approved on the 7th day of July, 2025, by Resolution 2025-91, and
WHEREAS, The proposed Site Plan calls for a truck storage building, bulk tanks for liquid propane, and a future office building, and
WHEREAS, Robert and Jan Hinz are now ready to construct the office building and have presented an amended Tri County Propane Site Plan for review and consideration, and
WHEREAS, The amended Site Plan has been reviewed by the City staff and the Planning and Zoning Board, and
WHEREAS, The Planning & Zoning Board unanimously recommended the approval of the site plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the amended Tri-County Propane Site Plan.
