Approving Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-35 located
at 18292 Amber Road X44
WHEREAS, The Plat of Survey to Parcel 2026-35 for property located at 18292 Amber Road X44 has been presented to the City Council for approval, same being located within Corporate Limits of the City of Monticello, and
WHEREAS, the Plat was created to subdivides the portion of the parcel with the grain bins and barns, intended to sell this parcel to family, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plat of Survey and recommends that it be approved, and
WHEREAS, The City Council finds that the Plat of Survey for Parcel 2026-35, for property located at 18292 Amber Road X44 should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey for Parcel 2026-35.
