RESOLUTION #09-145
Approving River City Paving Retainage Payment Re: 2008 Street Resurfacing Project in the amount of $16,058.14.
WHEREAS, River City Paving contracted with the City to perform specific work related to the 2008 Street Resurfacing Project, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer recommends and approves that the Contractor be paid the retainage on their contract, in the amount $16,058.14, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approves Retainage Payment from River City Paving associated with the 2008 Street Resurfacing Project, in the amount of $16,058.14.
