IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #11-65
Correcting 2009 South Cedar Street Final Assessment Schedule
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello, Iowa is an incorporated City within Jones County, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Chapter 384 of the Code of Iowa, the City Council may correct the levy by resolution and may reassess and relevy with the same force and effect as if done at the proper time and in the manner provided by law or by the resolution; and
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello is wishing to adjust the final special assessment on one property, including –
1. Susan Schlimmer, 405 S. Cedar Street
Reassessed from $3,123.59 to $2,544.83.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Iowa does hereby reassess the aforementioned property and lowering their total assessment to the amount shown above for Susan Schlimmer, 405 S. Cedar Street.
