IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #13-74
Resolution Approving Plat of Survey to Parcel 2013-54.
WHEREAS, A Plat of Survey setting out Parcel 2013-54, located within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City of Monticello, has been presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plats of Survey to Parcel 2013-54 and recommends that same be approved, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the Plat of Survey, finds that said area is not likely to be annexed to the City of Monticello at any time in the foreseeable future, and that if said property were to be annexed the proposed parcel would not stand in the way of said annexation, and finds, therefore, that same should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plats of Survey to parcel 2013-54.
