IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #14-96
Resolution to approve Kardes Inc. Site Plan proposed by developers Dean and Mike Cox, subject to installation of suitable storm water retention structure.
WHEREAS, Kardes Inc., Dean and Mike Cox, principals, have presented a Site Plan related to the construction of a truck stop/convenience store near the intersection of 190th Street and Business 151 on the south end of Monticello, and
WHEREAS, The City Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the site plan as prepared and has recommended its’ approval to the Council, subject to the condition that a suitable storm water retention structure be constructed, and
WHEREAS, The City Council finds that the Site Plan should be approved as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board, subject to the construction of appropriate storm water retention structure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of the Site Plan related to the construction of a truck stop/convenience store near the intersection of 190th Street and Business 151 on the south end of Monticello.
