IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #15-08
Resolution Approving Plat of Survey to Parcel 2015-04
WHEREAS, A Plat of Survey setting out Parcel 2015-04, located within the City limits of the City of Monticello has been presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Board has recommended that the Plat of Survey be approved, and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the Plat of Survey to parcels 2015-04 should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Plat of Survey to parcel 2015-04.
