IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #15-56
Approving Pay Request #1 submitted by G.L. Stockham & Son, Inc., in the amount of $5,606.25 less $280.31 retainage, in the net amount of $5,325.94, related to the Community Building Renovation Project.
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello, Iowa is an incorporated City within Jones County, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, G.L. Stockham & Son contracted with the City to perform specified improvements to the Monticello Community Building, and
WHEREAS, The City Architect overseeing this project, Al Varney with Ament Design has recommended that the first pay request be approved.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve Pay Request #1 submitted by G.L. Stockham & Son, Inc., in the amount of $5,606.25 less retainage in the amount of $280.31, resulting in a net payment to G.L. Stockham & Son, Inc. in the amount of $5,325.94
