IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION # 15-57
Resolution to approve Parcels 2015-39, 2015-40, and 2015-41
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution 15-48, previously authorized the transfer or swapping of City owned property located at the Oakwood Cemetery with Mike Kraus for property owned by Kraus and located adjacent to the Oakwood Cemetery, and
WHEREAS, the parcels included in the transfer have now been given formal parcel numbers, with the parcel to be transferred to Kraus being given the parcel number 2015-39, the parcel to be transferred to the City being given the parcel number 2015-41, and a third parcel, currently owned by Kraus being the remainder of the parcel that included newly created parcel 2015-41, being given the parcel number 2015-40, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning & Zoning Board and City Council have previously approved these parcels, however, now that said parcels have been assigned specific parcel numbers it is necessary to approve the parcels as numbered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve of the Plat of Survey to Parcels 2015-39, 2015-40, and 2015-41, all in the City limits of the City of Monticello, Iowa.
