IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, IOWA
RESOLUTION #16-106
Approving Jeremy and Andrea Glawatz Tax Abatement Application related to Residential Improvements constructed at 305 Grandview Avenue, Monticello, Iowa.
WHEREAS, Monticello has enacted an Urban Revitalization Tax Abatement program and codified same at Chapter 10 of the Monticello Code of Ordinances, and
WHEREAS, Jeremy and Andrea Glawatz have completed and filed an Application for Tax Abatement related to their home, a Residentially zoned property, located at 305 Grandview Avenue, Monticello, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed said Application, and finds that the information submitted therein is consistent with that required by the Monticello Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby approve the Application for Tax Abatement filed by Jeremy and Andrea Glawatz as set forth above, consistent with Chapter 10 of the Monticello Code of Ordinances, said Application bearing the date of October 31, 2016 and being signed by Jeremy Glawatz and further directs the Monticello City Clerk to file same with the Jones County Assessor as prescribed by law.
