RESOLUTION #16-66
Resolution Accepting bids related to 2016 Grading & Apron Extension project and awarding bid to B & J Hauling and Excavation, Inc.
WHEREAS, The City of Monticello sought bids for the grading and paving necessary for future construction of a Ten-T Hangar at the Monticello Public Airport, and
WHEREAS, Six bids were received, as follows:

WHEREAS, The IDOT, the City Engineer, and the City Council have reviewed the bids and finds it appropriate to accept the bids and to award the 2016 Monticello Airport Grading & Apron Extension project to B & J Hauling and Excavation, Inc., in the amounts shown above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello, Iowa does hereby accept the bids and does hereby award the 2016 Monticello Airport Grading & Apron Extension project to B & J Hauling and Excavation, Inc.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and caused the Great Seal of the City of Monticello, Iowa to be affixed hereto. Done this 16th Day of May, 2016.
